Hello there! My name is Mary Tran and I am an NPC Bikini Competitor/Athlete, NPC Posing Coach, USPA 105/114 lbs. Powerlifter, and a Social Media Influencer.

Growing up,

I was considered to be on the heavier side in terms of body weight, especially in the Asian culture. I had terrible eating habits and grew up being very self-conscious and insecure about the way I look and tried to hide it by wearing loose and baggy clothing. It wasn’t until my second year in college that I decided to make a change in my food choices. In 2012, I committed myself to making a change in my life where I was unhappy…and that started out with me. In a year, I lost about 30 lbs and continued to train and eat better. Not only did I fell in love with the process, I also fell in love with the lifestyle.

I competed,

in my first USPA powerlifting competition in October 2014 and took the USPA California State Record for Deadlifts in the 105 lbs weight class. As I continued on my growth, I fell in love with bikini competitions and competed in my first show in March 2016. Since then, I have been working to grow and be a better bikini athlete as well as a bikini posing coach for the girls that need help with their posing routine. Posing was something that happened organically as I wanted to help those around me experience that same great experience I had when I first competed. Being able to help and inspire other beautiful women into loving themselves and embracing their confidence has been something that makes me the happiest.

My goal,

is to help other women build their confidence and find their love for themselves. Confidence was not something I had growing up and it was definitely not something I had when I walked into the gym for the very first time. It took a lot of time, a lot of hard work, and a lot of mistakes to get to where I am today. My confidence, the way I look at myself, has grown immensely through the years from my own experiences, my peers, and from the positions I have put myself in. Confidence isn’t walking into a room with your nose in the air and thinking you’re better than anyone else. It’s walking into a room and not having to compare yourself to anyone else in the first place.

My confidence was built. If I was built, so can you.
